Our comprehensive recruitment procedure typically involves the following key steps:

Demand Letter & Power of Attorney

Upon receiving a formal demand letter and a legally attested Power of Attorney from the client, we initiate the recruitment process.

Advertisement & Sourcing

We advertise the vacant positions through various channels, including leading newspapers and our extensive database, to attract a wide pool of qualified candidates. Our marketing team also utilizes its network in different districts of Bangladesh for effective sourcing.

Pre-Screening & Shortlisting

Our experienced pre-selection team, comprising specialists in relevant trade sectors, conducts initial screenings. This involves checking basic technical knowledge, physical fitness, educational qualifications, and language proficiency (e.g., Basic English). This step helps in shortlisting the most promising candidates.

Medical Examination

Shortlisted candidates undergo thorough medical examinations at government-approved medical centers to ensure their physical fitness for overseas employment. A medical fitness certificate is obtained for each candidate.

Trade Testing & Skill Assessment

Candidates are subjected to rigorous trade tests to assess their practical and theoretical skills in their respective trades. These tests are conducted at government-recognized technical centers, ensuring that candidates meet industry standards.

Safety and Security Tests

Candidates are evaluated on their understanding of basic safety regulations, including protective clothing, general danger hazards (like fire), and procedures to follow in case of accidents or critical situations. Specific trade-related hazards are also covered.

Final Selection

The most qualified candidates are presented to the client's authorized representative for final interviews and approval. If the client cannot visit, we send detailed CVs for their review. We pride ourselves on conducting our own rigorous trade tests to ensure a first-rate selection.

Documentation & Certification

We assist selected candidates in preparing all necessary documents, including passports, police clearance (if required), educational certificates, licenses, and experience certificates. Copies of all relevant certificates and diplomas are collected and maintained in individual personnel files.

Inoculation & Health Certificates

We arrange for all prescribed inoculations and vaccinations through our Chief Medical Officer, ensuring compliance with medical authorities and the World Health Organization. Health certificates are also provided.

Orientation & Training

Before departure, candidates attend an official Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar. This includes video briefings on the climatic, social, and working environments of their destination countries. They receive short courses on language, immigration rules, labor laws, cultural norms, and traditions to help them adjust quickly.

Visa Processing & Immigration Clearance

We process visas for medically fit candidates and assist them in obtaining immigration clearance from the Department of Labor (BMET). We also familiarize them with necessary formalities like embarkation forms and security clearance.

Travel Arrangements & Departure

We make all necessary travel arrangements upon receipt of visa endorsement. Before departure, an affidavit is signed between the worker and the agency. All original documents (passport, air ticket, orientation certificate, and book) are handed over to the employee. Our representatives assist workers at the airport in Dhaka and Chittagong.

Mobilization & Post-Departure Briefing

We aim to dispatch workers within 10-15 days of visa receipt. We brief them on airport procedures, immigration processes, and cultural nuances of the destination country to ensure a smooth transition.
